Downtime Issues & Future Plans

First off, we want to sincerely apologize for the downtime and instability you've experienced recently. We know how frustrating it is when you rely on a service and it's not available, and we're sorry for the disruption.

Over the past few weeks, we've been dealing with a combination of server issues and rising hosting costs that have made it increasingly difficult to keep things running smoothly on our current setup. As the platform has grown, the infrastructure we started with simply hasn't been able to keep up with demand.

What's coming next

The good news is that we've been working on a completely new infrastructure behind the scenes. This isn't a band-aid fix — it's a ground-up rethink of how we handle storage, delivery, and scaling. The new setup is designed to be significantly more reliable and cost-effective, which means the kind of downtime you've been seeing should be a thing of the past.

We're in the final stages of getting everything ready and will be migrating over as soon as we're confident it's solid. We'll keep you updated as we get closer to the switch.

In the meantime, you can use temp.imgur.gg to access existing files and upload new ones.

Thank you for sticking with us. We appreciate your patience more than you know.
